By using Telephony.io, you agree NOT to engage in the following activities:

• Unsolicited marketing calls (spam) or robocalls to numbers on the Do Not Call registry.
• Caller ID spoofing or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Harassment, threats, or transmitting illegal content.

Violation of this policy will result in IMMEDIATE termination of your account and forfeiture of credits.

2. Payment & Credits

Telephony.io operates on a pre-paid credit system.

• Credits are purchased in advance is non-refundable.
• Call rates are deducted in real-time based on usage.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEPHONY.IO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
